Features
Studios sizes start from 100 sq. ft. with a floor
to ceiling height of 10ft. Each one has a modern, vibrant feel whist retaining architectural features, including the original timber floor.
Pricing
The starting price for new studios are ranging from £140.00 ; new studio sizes are from 200sq ft and larger. For the cost of other size studios please enquire.
To move into the studio we need 1 months deposit. The contracts are monthly rolling with 1 months notice. Thinking of sharing a studio? - We are happy to review, but it has to be to the written agreement of 1853 Studios. Keys and entrance fobs - We require a deposit of £40.00, which will be refunded if you decide to move on.
